RooferForms may update these terms as the product changes.

RooferForms provides templates, draft language, checklists, and document workflow tools for general business use by roofing contractors.

Generated documents are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any document before using it with customers, subcontractors, insurers, or other parties.

Paid RooferForms products are one-time digital purchases unless a product page expressly states otherwise. The product page describes the included files, price, delivery method, and material limitations before checkout.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, transaction receipts, and approved refunds. Your payment may appear under Paddle on your statement or receipt.

A completed purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit and use the purchased templates in the buyer's own roofing business and customer projects.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or offer the purchased files as a competing template product or download library.

Digital files are made available after confirmed payment. If delivery fails, contact support using the purchase email so we can verify the transaction and restore access.

Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the RooferForms Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

RooferForms does not provide legal advice, insurance advice, public adjusting services, tax advice, or accounting advice.

You should consult qualified professionals for legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, or state-specific requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the documents you create, and how you use those documents.

You agree not to use RooferForms for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

RooferForms is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that templates are complete, error-free, suitable for every project, or compliant with every local requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RooferForms is not liable for losses arising from your use of templates, generated drafts, website content, or reliance on general information.

RooferForms is the brand and seller-facing name used for the digital products on getrooferforms.com. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions.
