Decking process: The base price includes inspection but not concealed decking replacement. Suspected damage will be photographed and presented for written approval at the contract unit rate before replacement.
Price and schedule: Contract price: $14,800. Deposit and milestone amounts appear in the payment schedule. Estimated duration is two working days after material delivery, subject to weather, inspections, and approved changes.
